In order to define an accurate scope of work and budget for that project, it will be necessary to identify specific needs to repair, replace, or upgrade the building envelope and its systems. This RFP is for those professional services required to undertake the investigations, evaluate the conditions, and prepare a comprehensive report to guide the scope of work for the renovation and expansion.
