Building Commissioning Services
The City is seeking proposals from qualified Commissioning Agents to assist with the evaluation and
start-up of the Centers HVAC and controls equipment, TAB (testing &
balancing) verification, domestic hot water system, automated lighting controls, and to perform quality
checks and prepare a commissioning narrative based upon the construction documents dated
August 4, 2008 as modified during the construction phase by contract change order.
