Building Classroom Renovation
The renovating a portion of the School of Medicine Instructional Building, located
downtown, on the Health Sciences Center campus. This project will construct lecture
halls and small group teaching space on the north half of the first and second floors. The
total project is approximately 1,100 nsf per floor. The construction timeline is
compressed and must occur during the summer class break beginning in mid-May with
completion by the end of July, 2014. Bid is being released with 75% complete
construction documents to give Contractors, Material Suppliers and Sub-Contractors a
feel for the projects scope. 100% complete documents will be available via amendment
for all plan holders on January 31, 2014
