Building Automation System (AMS) Services
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the installation, implementation, technical service and support of the Building Automation System (BAS), including energy management & monitoring, and building control systems for University facilities located in South Carolina. The University would be in support of an approved equal control solution that can be expanded and fully seamlessly integrated to the existing BAS. This includes not only facilities on the main campus but any university facility located within the state. Work may also apply to facilities owned or operated by University related organizations.
The intent is to negotiate and award contract(s) 1 year with four optional renewals to at least one recognized national manufacturer, installer and service provider of Building Automation System and associated components.
