Building AHU Replacement
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
Completely remove and replace the HVAC system serving the Office Wing as described in the drawings and project manual. Install new fan coil units and modity ductwork in the ground floor and first floor corridors of the Classroom Wing.
Replace the suspended ceilings in the corridors where new fan coil units are to be installed. Replace the ceilings and light fixtures in the ground floor and first floor breezeways and exterior stairwells.
