Building 5800 Earthquake Repairs
Earthquake repairs on building 5800. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to accomplish the earthquake repair IAW the SOW and all associated documents.
A site visit is scheduled for 9 July 2019, 08:00 A.M. AKDT at Building 5800 (BX), JBER, AK.
For those who do not have base access, please submit your name to matthew.knoll.2@us.af.mil NLT 8 July 2019, 08:00 A.M. It is recommended to send a US citizen for the site visit, since there is a new month-long vetting process in place to get non-US citizens base access.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
