Building 299 removal, disposal, and construction of new roofing system.
This pre-solicitation synopsis is notice regarding solicitation W52P1J-14-R-5019 for the proper disposal and replacement with new, of six existing roofing modules that are un-repaired at the north/east corner of the Building 299 roof at the Rock Island Arsenal. This requirement will be a total small business set aside, NAICS code 238160 and will include a base plus five options. This solicitation is expected to be posted on or around June 26, 2014.
The goal of this project is to properly remove and dispose of the existing windows/walls and roofing assemblies, and provide new, non-leaking windows/wall panels and roofing assemblies and all associated roofing flashings and accessories. The new roof/wall assemblies are to match existing, RIA provided designs, specifications and elevations (already completed and in place on previous phases of the overall Building 299 re-roofing project).
The estimated total magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.
