Building 1st & 2nd Floor Renovations
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor and materials for the renovation of appx. 13,500 SF on 1st & 2nd Floors. The areas subject to renovation is within the faculty office areas include, corridors, faculty offices, addition to two ADA compliant restrooms, administrative areas, conference room, break room, support service areas and janitor closet. In addition, renovation of the 2nd floor faculty restrooms is included in the scope of work.
