Description of Proposed Construction: Demolition of w alls, ceilings, flooring, HV AC, electrical, fire protection and communications systems.
Construct new walls, ceilings, flooring, HV AC, electrical, fire protection and communications systems.
Air Conditioning requirement: 16,500 SF ADEQUATE: 14,830 SF SUBSTANDARD: 1,670 SF PROJECT: Renovate Wing HQ (Current Mission).
REQUIREMENT: The I 80th Fighter Wing requires properly sited, sized, and configured space to conduct Wing Staff functions and training.
CURRENT SITUATION: The Wing Command & Commander Staff Sections are not properly configured or consolidated for several operations
and training support agencies. The f acility does not have a properly sized w ing command conference and multi-purpose room. The Inspector
General inspection and complaints resolution office as w ell as the Military Equal Opportunity sections lack suff icient dedicated and separated
space to conduct inspections, investigations and private counseling as required by AFI.
