**Please arrive 15 minutes early so we may follow over to building 10902. We will be leaving promptly at 1:00pm CST.**
**If you plan to attend the site visit, you must send your Full Name, Date of Birth, License Number/ID Number and State, and Company Name. Failure to submit proper information by 31 August 2016 at 1:00pm CST will result in the individual's denial of access to base.**
**Questions: Questions will be due no later than 06 September 2016 at 10:00am CST. Any questions received after this deadline will not receive an answer.**
