Build-Out Analysis Wastewater Refinement
The Town recently conducted Town wide Build-Out Analysis. The Build-Out was conducted using CommunityVIS Scenario 360 software and measured potential residential and non-residential build-out under current zoning and physical constraints. However, it did not consider wastewater capacity of the underlying soils. The Town is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to refine the Build-Out results to consider wastewater capacity.
