Construct Clinical and Admin. Building

The General Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and supervision to construct a Clinical and Admin. Building at the VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor Michigan.
The construction site is located west of building 31 at the present day location of building 4 and the T-3 modular building. Contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision and materials to perform work for construction of a new 3-story Clinical and Administrative Building
The new structure will consist of approximately 7,583 GSF on the first floor, 7473 GSF on the second floor, 7473 on the third floor. The lower level will contain approximately 2935 GSF.
The new structure will house Employee Health, Prosthetics Purchasing, Finance and Human Resources. The lower level will be Mechanical/Electrical support space for the building.
Work will include but is not limited to; Site Work, Abatement, Demolition, Masonry, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Carpentry, Flooring, Glazing, Roofing and Finish Trades.
