Budget Planning System
The Service Provider shall plan, configure and implement a Budget Planning System (BPS)
(the System) that will meet the business needs of the Citys Budget and Evaluation Office
and KBU Budgeting personnel. The Services shall include the design, installation,
configuration, customization development, integration, testing, deployment, training and
Maintenance of the System. The System shall provide the tools and capabilities necessary for
the Budget and Evaluation Office and Key Business Unit budgeting personnel to plan and
manage the budgeting, performance management, and capital investment planning for Citywide
services and key business units.
