Bruker Biospin Instrumentation Service and Maintenance
The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the Repair services and preventative maintenance of the Bruker Biospin Instrumentation located in Building 3028 at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The Government intends to award one base contract with four option periods, on a sole source basis to the original equipment manufacturer. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
