Brownfield Financial Incentive
The Corporation is seeking a Consultant or Consultant team to administer the Brownfield Financial Incentive Program (the Program) as a Program Manager/Grants Administrator (the Consultant).
In consultation with the Project Team, the Consultant will serve two primary functions, namely to: 1) Establish a program administration system to manage grantee participation in the Program; and 2) facilitate the interaction between grantee and environmental vendors to perform Program-approved services on eligible brownfield sites.
