Brownfield Assessment Public Outreach-Cleanup Plan
The City is seeking sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional environmental services to manage an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funded brownfields assessment project which includes planning and reporting, coordinating public involvement, overseeing and administering brownfield site inventory and characterization, conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments, and advising on cleanup planning.
