Brownfield Area Plan
The City seeks a consultant or team of consultants to generate a pre-nomination study for the North End Brownfield Opportunity Area. The purpose is to build off the City’s past planning and improvement initiatives by creating a new North End plan that will address current brownfield issues and other problems that could not be comprehensively addressed over the past 15 years.
