Brooklyn Flatlands Property Sale
New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”), on behalf of the City of New York, is seeking proposals for the purchase of an approximately 34,000 square foot site located at 3340 Kings Highway in Brooklyn (Block 7669, Lot 17). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from prospective respondents interested in purchasing the Site, subject to an existing ground lease between the City and Yeshiva Rambam, an educational facility. NYCEDC plans to select a purchaser on the basis of factors stated in the RFP, which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal, demonstrated successful experience in performing services similar to those encompassed in the RFP, and the proposed purchase price.
