The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release Requests for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ is intended as Unrestricted, we are seeking quotes for: 1 Endobronchial Ultrasound Scope (EBUS), 1- Slim Bronchoscope, 1 - Therapeutic Bronchoscope. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 1000 Employees.
All requirement details, to include full specifications will be included in Section B of RFQ, which will be released on or about March 21, 2017. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be March 24, 2017, 11:00 am EST. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract.
