The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County Texas, (METRO) is seeking proposals, under the
negotiated method of procurement, from qualified proposers (firms) to provide broadcast media monitoring
services. METRO invites your firm to submit a proposal in response to this Request entitled Radio and
Television Monitoring Services, as generally described in the Scope of Services, Exhibit "A" of this
solicitation.
