Additionally this is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for Thrane (Manufacturer: Cobham) Model Explorer 710 portable Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN) devices, each with hard travel case.
The Government has deemed the salient characteristics contained in Attachment 1 Govt Spec BGAN as the minimum requirements essential in meeting the Government's needs.
Interested parties shall be able to meet the minimum requirements outlaid in Attachment, 1 Govt Spec BGAN Document. Any item not conforming to these minimum requirements will not be considered for award.
