Broadband Access
The objective of this RFI is to ascertain the range and availability of solutions to provide Broadband access on passenger trains for travelers in the State. The solution must be scalable to make it a viable statewide solution. Solutions should also provide high level costs associated with implementing the solution as well as the proposed cost model to re-coup the costs of installation, as well as on-going maintenance, support and service.
