Broach Blanks using the Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) Process
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Solicitation Number W15QKN-17-R-0093 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-80.
Responses must set forth full, accurate and complete information as required by this solicitation and shall be submitted in English. Examine the entire solicitation carefully. The penalty for making false statement is prescribed in 18 U.S.C. 1001. Responses must be plainly marked with the solicitation number and the date and local time set forth for receipt of proposal in the solicitation document. All offers must contain the minimum information required under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items.
