The objective of this RFP is to identify a partner and develop a streamlined process to efficiently manage a preferred Background Checks and Drug Screening program. Though the intent is to identify one primary partner, BHS may extend to multiple partners, if warranted.

BrightSpring Health Services and its subsidiaries employs a dynamic workforce, which includes approximately 50,000 direct support, caregiver, workforce service and pharmaceutical staff, working in multiple locations, roles and shifts. The successful partner will work with a group of key Company stakeholders committed to developing a quality program.

BHS' anticipated checking volume is 60,000 annually (combination of pre-employment and annual MVR rescreen orders). Drug screening applies to small subset of locations and personnel (as required by policy and/or applicable law). Estimated drug screening is 5,500 tests annually.
