You are invited to submit a Customer Satisfaction Surveys proposal for BrightSpring Health Services in accordance with the requirements set forth in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).

If you intend to respond to this RFP, a letter of intent, which is not binding, should be submitted no later than 1/22/2021. Please submit any RFP specific questions you may have and a signed NDA (in attached folder) no later than 1/29/2021. The electronic versions of your proposal must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on 3/22/2021 or your proposal will otherwise be disqualified. This RFP has also been posted to RFPDB.com.
