ResCare, Inc. DBA BrightSpring Health Services on behalf of itself and all lines of businesses is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to enter into a Master Services Agreement for providing specific Management Consulting and Technology Implementation Related Services (herein "Products and Services") as described within this Request for Proposal (herein "RFP").
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for a cloud-based ERP (Oracle Fusion) implementation that will require the following core high level components:
-The completion of an on-going legacy BrightSpring EBS ERP migration to Oracle Fusion
-The conversion of PharMerica SAP ERP to Oracle Fusion
-Any areas traditional associated with an ERP implementation, including but not limited to providing project management office (PMO) services, change management, testing, validation, training, conversion, and functional/technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) support when applicable
-The implementation of a unified end-to-end enterprise reporting solution
