The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into a contract with qualified non profit organization or organizations for the provision of affordable housing rent subsidies and/or affordable housing acquisition with the purpose of implementing and achieving the goals of the County Housing Blueprint in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal.
