The City is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate to rehabilitate bridge. Work includes new and rehabilitated bridge, roadway approach work, upgrade of drainage, environmental, geotechnical and maintenance of traffic.
