Provide professional engineering services to develop maintenance and repair plans for bridges and structures using Corrosion Mitigation Systems to protect reinforcement in concrete elements from deterioration. The one-year term contract may be renewable for two additional one-year terms as the option of the Commissioner. The sum of all projects in each contract term shall not exceed $3,000,000.
