THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is seeking high quality firms experienced in complex construction projects. The project will consist of the design and construction of a Warehouse/Shops Building, Service CAC and MSGQ facilities at the U.S. Embassy in Brazzaville, Congo in support of the U.S. Diplomatic mission.
