The committee seeks a qualified consultant to develop a
community branding position, image and strategy for the town. This is meant to be a
community-wide branding process that organizations in local government, health, tourism,
business and industry may tap into as a means of recruiting people and resources to the City.
The TCBC reports to the Strategic Planning Committee, a group of City councillors and
community members responsible for overseeing the strategic plan’s implementation.
