The Northern Region Contracting office, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contract that is for a Brand Name or Equal product, Insinger's quote mark SW-36-F Performer Series Front Load Pot and Pan Washer. quote mark This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Business 100%.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
Vendors wishing to attend this site visit must call to confirm an appointment for the visit. Site visit is mandatory unless you were here on previous site visit for market research for this same project. Site Visit for measurements will be on 2 June 2014 at 09:00 AM EST at the Nutrition Care Department, WAMC, 2817 Reilly Road, Fort Bragg, NC 28310 which is located in the basement of the hospital. The check in process could take up to an hour, please plan accordingly so you are not late.
The proposals are for the actual equipment and the installation- which includes duct work for venting, electrical hook-ups, and plumbing. It also includes removal of the existing equipment and a total turn-key project.
If offering an Equal product you must submit a technical proposal/quote with specifications and product literature.
