Brand Identity/Employee Motivation Tools/Virtual Presence/Wayfinding System
This Request for Proposal (RFP), from the Sacramento Public Library Authority, solicits qualified businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Vendor") to submit a proposal for an all-encompassing brand and identity package.
The Sacramento Public Library Authority (hereinafter referred to as "Authority") is issuing an RFP for a Vendor to develop a unique, multi-faceted brand and identity for the Sacramento Public Library. Included in the required services will be complete project management, as well as quantitative and qualitative research, including pre- and post-brand mapping surveys. The project outcomes will include: an all-encompassing brand image (detailed below); an employee-change management component; a customer-relationship program, a logo mark with usage specifications; a unique, seamlessly-integrated library public web site and staff Intranet site, both featuring an easy-to-use, customized content management system; and a wayfinding system useable in multiple types of library facilities.
