Brand Communications and Consumer Messaging Strategy Services
The Comptroller of Public Accounts (Comptroller), State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) announces its Request for Proposals (RFP #198d) and invites proposals from qualified entities for Brand Communications and Consumer Messaging Strategy Services for the Texas Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Outreach and Education Campaign as described in this RFP. Brand Communications and Consumer Messaging Strategy Services include the following services which are more fully described in Part II (Scope of Work) of this RFP: development of a media strategy, development of a brand communications strategy, marketplace overview services, SEP consumer outreach program analysis services, and energy efficiency and renewable energy target audience services.
