than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Boeing. The Government does not possess the
technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than
the approved source, Boeing 82918/17765, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete
source approval (SAR) package for evaluation for future procurements to:
