Bowling Service Contract
The Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Ave, Bath, NY 14020 has a requirement for preventative maintenance and small repairs to their bowling alley. The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to maintain all bowling equipment associated with six Brunswick bowling lanes and equipment. Maintenance of the bowling lanes, such as resurfacing and re-coating are not included in this agreement. Service is expected to be needed on a monthly basis and may require more frequent visits in the winter season and less frequent visits during the summer time.
The VA intends to release this as a competitive request for quotes (RFQ) on or about the week of June 2, 2014. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 238290, "Other Building Equipment Contractors"
Unless additional notice is given or this notice is modified, the full RFQ will be posted to the Government-wide Point of Entry (www.fbo.gov).
This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming competitive solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
