The City of Palo Alto is seeking bids to, in general, of modications and replacement to restrooms for accessibility. Work shall include the removal of all plumbing related items such as toilets, sinks, drain pipes, vents, and water supply lines; doors and frames, walls, toilet partitions and benches to upgrade to Title 24 requirements, including all incidental and related work. The work is more fully described in the Contract Documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Bowling Green Restrooms, 474 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto.
