The 9th Contracting Squadron located at Beale Air Force Base, California, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide bowling center furniture which meets the California Technical Bulletin 133 (TB 133 / CA 133) Flammability Test Procedure for Seating Furniture for Use in Public Occupancies requirements and has a minimum of 500,000 double rub abrasion resistance. The service entailed in this requirement would be to remove & dispose of existing furniture and manufacture & install new furniture.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.)
This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 337127 for Institutional Furniture Manufacturing. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 500 employees. Please provide any suggestions or requests if you feel a more appropriate NAICS code exists.
The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.
The completion date would be 30 days award date.
