Boulevard Planning Study
The City is seeking proposals for a planning study for the proposed Westside Boulevard. The feasibility of this road needs to be studied, the problems and challenges for this proposed route need to be solved, and the conceptual plans of this roadway need to be completed along with associated cost estimates for construction of each concept. A “no-build” alternative must also be addressed
