Botany Field Surveys - Ottawa NF Sun Lake and Tepee Projects
The USDA Forest Service is seeking Botanist contractors to survey 98,255 acres for rare plants on the Ottawa National Forest in 2019 through 2021. Bid Items 1, 2 and 3 are in the Sun Lake project near Watersmeet, with Bid Item 1 including only the drier cover types while Bid Items 2 and 3 include more mesic cover types. Bid items 4 and 5 are in the Tepee project area south of Kenton. Both east and west Tepee bid items include mainly mesic cover types with fewer dry cover type stands.
