Boston RFP for Provision of vended meals for Boston public school system
The City of Boston (the "City"), acting by and through its Superintendent of Schools (the "Official"), subject to all applicable provisions of law, hereby requests sealed proposals from interested and qualified parties ("Offerors") to "Provide Hot and Cold Vended Meals for the Boston Public Schools" - Multi-Year Contract (3 years).
The RFP contains both price and technical evaluation criteria. Price and technical proposals shall be submitted separately in sealed, clearly labeled containers. Submissions that do not conform to this requirement shall be rejected.
All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the Request for Proposal ("RFP") forms which may be obtained from the Office of the Business Manager, Boston Public Schools, 5th floor, 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108, on or after 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), Wednesday, March 5, 2014.
The City shall accept sealed proposals until 12:00 noon EST on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at the location mentioned above. Proposals submitted after the deadline shall be rejected.
A refundable proposal deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 (Five Thousand Dollars) shall be required from each Offeror.
