Bookstore Renovation Project

Work consists of demolition to the existing architectural, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical components of an existing ground level unoccupied 5,107 square foot in the southeast corner of the SSB, and the interior fit-out of this space. New work consists of a packaged food dispensing area, check-outs, new office and backroom support area, minor updates to existing male and female employee restrooms, new ceilings, doors, finishes, display cases, millwork, shelving, light fixtures and power/data updates.
