One Time Purchase to supply and deliver 4-Color Booklets to the State of Nebraska.
Ink: Vendor must provide soy ink with the 4-color process throughout the booklet.
Bleed: Vendor must be able to print with bleeds on the cover and throughout the
body
Folding: Vendor must provide a flat sheet size of 7x8.5 folded to a trimmed
3-1/2 x 8-7/16 (no smaller) booklet in vertical format.
Binding: Vendor must saddle-stitch booklets with two staples.
No under-runs, maximum of 1% overrun.
