Book Lease Plan
The Library System intends to contract with one vendor from date of award through December 31, 2010 (with a possibility of two one-year renewals) to provide a lease plan for high-demand, bestseller-type books for adults. The library plans to lease approximately 15,000 of these books in 2010.
