Bonded Cabinets
Solicitation N00421-14-T-0426 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. The bonded cabinets must be Electromet Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Electromet Corporation is the only known approved manufacturer of the cabinets unique to the government‘s requirements. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order
Award is expected 15 August 2014. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 1:00pm est., on July 28, 2014. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
