The Board is requesting proposals for underwriting services in connection with the issuance of several series of the
Board’s Housing and Auxiliary Facilities Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”). This Request for Proposals (RFP) covers any such Bonds proposed to be issued as may be undertaken by the Board through January 2015. The Board may, at its option, extend this RFP for up to two one year extensions, subject to any early termination of services by the Board of one or more firms or substitutions of firms selected under this RFP
