Bond Trustee and PILOT Trustee

The City is seeking to select one or more bond trustees (the “Bond Trustee(s)”). In the vast majority of financings, the bonds issued by the Entities are issued on a conduit basis for third-party borrowers. In addition, the CIty is seeking to select a trustee for the administration of payments-in-lieu of real property taxes as such payments are required by the Trustee. Selection of the Bond Trustee(s) and the PILOT Trustee will be made through a request-for-proposals process.
