Bond Engineering Services
Engineering services are requested to include inspection of Seaport facilities, as well as
financial and budgetary records; preparation of the annual bond engineering report, which includes providing
recommendations; approvals and certifications; rates and feasibility studies and financial forecast as required under the
Seaport Master Bond Ordinance No. 88-66; and 40-year certification reports; reviewing and setting forth
recommendations as to any necessary revisions of rates and port tariff structures, to include review of port facility design
by others for consistency with facility requirements; adherence to requirements of funding sources; property values for
insurance coverage; facilities reserve for maintenance and any supportive tasks ancillary to the primary scope of services.
