Bolm Road Warehouse Roofing Project, Austin, Texas
In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 2166.2533, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Building & Procurement Commission (TBPC), TBPC is soliciting Request for Proposals for construction of TBPC Project No. 06-050-7324. The Project consists of replacing the roof at the Bolm Road Warehouse, 6506 Bolm Road, Austin, Texas and related work (the Project). The scope of the project is the replacement of the roof for an approximate 52,700 sq. ft. of roofing surface. The type of roof is a Type IV asphalt three-ply built-up roofing system with a modified bitumen cap sheet and tapered insulation system. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCES: Mandatory pre-proposal conferences are scheduled for December 12, 2006 at 11:00 AM and December 14, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Attendance at one of the pre-proposal conference is mandatory. Only those respondents who attend a pre-proposal conference are eligible for consideration. The location of the pre-proposal conferences is Bolm Road Warehouse, 6506 Bolm Road, Austin, Texas.
