Boiler Services for Nantucket MA
Contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, transportation, equipment, parts, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide annual servicing and 24 hour emergency response of boilers, hot water heaters and residential plumbing services at 3 single family homes and 14 duplexes located at Vesper Lane and Low Beach Rd for United States Coast Guard housing units on Nantucket, MA. All work shall be conducted in strict accordance with the scope of work, contract clauses and applicable service contract act wage determinations for Plumbing Services therein.
Period of Performance: September 2017- June 2018 to include option years.
